This is how one parish used Time To Get Ready
"Saint Joan of Arc parish in Aberdeen Maryland gave Time to Get Ready to every one of our 500 hundred families during the month before Advent. We suggested that families read portions of the book each week in their homes and share their reactions with one another. During the Sundays in Advent discussion questions were published in our parish bulletin, our website and on bookmark cards.
"We invited families to come for 90 minutes between Masses to share hospitality and discuss the book in table groups of 6-8 people. Approximately 50 people came on two Sunday mornings. Participants came away assured of the presence of Jesus in our world and feeling the peace that only He can bring.
